Yes. Once installed, the AI runs entirely on your hardware. There is no connection required to any external server during use.
For document Q&A, internal knowledge lookup, and Arabic-language tasks, local models perform very well. For open-ended creative tasks, cloud models may edge ahead. The trade-off is control and reliability.
Modern Standard Arabic works very well. Gulf dialect support is improving with newer models like Qwen 3 and Gemma 3. We tune the system for your region.
Yes. PDF, Word (.docx), Excel (.xlsx), and plain text files are all supported. We configure the RAG system with your actual files during installation.
Your data never leaves your office. No US cloud, no training on your documents. This is verifiable — the system simply does not have an outbound internet connection during normal operation.

A typical single-machine installation takes 3–4 hours on-site. Multi-machine or server installations take longer — we give you a schedule during the assessment.
No. The installation fee is one-time. 30 days of support is included. After that, you can choose an annual support retainer for ongoing maintenance.
Yes. We are based in Al Khobar and serve the Eastern Province directly. We also travel to Riyadh, Jeddah, and other cities — typically within 7–10 days of booking.
